1. Information We Collect
When you use AgentBill, we collect information you provide directly: your email address when signing up, API keys generated for your account, and LLM API call metadata submitted for tracking (agent IDs, model names, token counts, costs). We do not collect or store the content of your LLM prompts or responses.
2. How We Use Your Data
Tracking data is used solely to provide cost attribution, budget management, and optimization features. We aggregate your data for dashboard displays and cost reports. Your data is never shared with other users or used for purposes outside of the AgentBill service.
3. Data Security
All API communication is encrypted via HTTPS. API keys are hashed using SHA-256 before storage. We do not share, sell, or provide your data to third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe).
4. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
5. Data Retention
Tracking data is retained based on your plan: 7 days (Free), 30 days (Starter), or 90 days (Pro). After the retention period, data is permanently deleted. You may request early deletion at any time.
