1. Acceptance

By using AgentBill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AgentBill provides API-based usage tracking and cost attribution for multi-agent AI systems. The service includes API endpoints for tracking LLM calls, viewing cost breakdowns, managing budgets, and receiving optimization recommendations.

3. API Usage

You are responsible for securing your API keys. Do not share keys publicly. Usage is subject to the rate limits of your plan. Exceeding limits may result in throttled or blocked requests until the next billing period.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Liability

AgentBill is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate cost calculations, or service interruptions.
